A White Blood Cell Classifier

This project is the final project of the course "Applied Machine Intelligence". It involves the creation of an application designed for managing and training white blood cell datasets, designed to be user-friendly even for those without expertise in machine learning. The application incorporates a segmentation tool based on Segment Anything (SAM) and an active learning trainer. It supports a variety of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including a VAE-based classifier that we have developed independently.
